Mr. Mafadza served as a full time Premier's Economic Advisor in the province of Limpopo where he championed high impact development growth path (Limpopo Economic Growth Development Plan), Special Economic Zones, and provincial ANC 2030 Economic Plan. Among others, He was responsible for the Premier's Advisory Council, Investment Council and Mining and Industry Council. He also served as an Executive Director for LimDev responsible for Enterprise Development and Finance. In 2013 he was appointed as a Group CEO for the Limpopo Economic Development Agency. Mr Mafadza has been serving as a non-executive Director on number of boards including the Joburg Fresh Produce Market, Automotive Industrial Development Centre, and Automotive Supply Park. He also served as the non-executive chairperson of the Gauteng Technical Manufacturing Initiative (GTMI).
Executive Director: Business Operations and Finance
Mrs Okonofua is a dedicated and hardworking executive with more than 10 years’ experience in the oil industry as a senior manager. She has post-graduate qualifications in Environmental Management and Sustainability as well as qualification in both Public Management and Project Management. She has held numerous managerial positions throughout her professional career, having worked as a project coordinator for a German Company for 9 years and later serving as an operational manager in a petroleum company for 10 years. She brings a unique work ethic to the organization in her ability to work well with both suppliers and customers with extensive experience in pricing and procurement.
Specialist: Lubrication Oil and Grease
Mr Mkhize is a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, B.Sc.Eng (Mechanical), graduated from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, 1996, and he is registered as a Professional Engineer with Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA). He has over 20 years’ experience in engineering, manufacturing, project management, lean manufacturing, and leadership in various sectors, including automotive, manufacturing, production, government, chemical and petrochemical, and has been involved extensively in the TDM industry, both locally and internationally.
During the course of his career, Mkhize had the opportunity to spend over 2 years in Germany where he further expanded his skill set and gained crucial knowledge and international experience in project management, supply chain, lean manufacturing, industrial engineering and manufacturing.
He has travelled overseas to participate in International Special Tooling and Machining Association (ISTMA) conferences where he represented TASA. Mr Mkhize continues to be part of the manufacturing community in South Africa, with special focus to Enterprise & Supplier Development (ESD) initiatives, to make a contribution towards Radical Transformation and create job opportunities.

Mr Mapasha has 21 years in automotive industry. He started at Eddies which later merged with Autozone.
He also had a five year stint with Scania South Africa serving in the parts department on parts sales and administration, also as Scania Retails and system coordinator.
He joined Midas as a representative of Party Incorporated and later was appointed Regional Franchise and sales manager. At Midas he was responsible for ensuring support of Midas Franchisees and franchise development. He later became a Head: Regional Sales.
Upon leaving Midas, he started offering consultation services to black owned businesses in the automotive industry from 2016.

Thato is a highly competitive professional who holds qualifications in Medical Laboratory Sciences, Sales & Marketing Management, and Master’s in Business Administration (MBA).
She started her career in Clinical Pathology. She later went on to join the pharmaceutical industry where she gained extensive experience in sales & marketing working for various multinational pharmaceutical companies.
Thereafter she joined the Medical Aid Industry where she worked as a Business Development executive and Marketing Executive. Her major role, among others, was to develop brand strategies to place companies ahead of their competitors.
Thato is also the founder and CEO of Trod Pharmaceuticals, a Cosmeceutical company with its head quarters in Orlando, Florida USA since May 2015
